For the past six years, CLX Logistics has hosted an Annual Customer Conference for our clients and prospects to discuss budding trends in transportation and logistics as well as the solutions we offer. This year’s theme, The Transportation Revolution: In It Together, was centered on new transportation technologies, global regulations and how our partnership and services are evolving alongside these trends. Anticipated all year long, this event provides our company with a meaningful opportunity to solidify relationships with our customers and inform those who are considering a partnership.

Lora Cecere, founder, Supply Chain Insights
Lora Cecere is the founder of the research firm Supply Chain Insights. The company is helping supply chain leaders pave new directions in business strategy.
As a prolific writer, Lora is the author of the enterprise software blog Supply Chain Shaman. Lora’s weekly posts are read by 15,000 readers. She also writes a blog for Forbes and is a Linkedin Influencer. In these public forums she has 170,000 followers around the globe. Her co-authored book, Bricks Matter, published in December 2012, and her newer book Supply Chain Metrics That Matter published in December 2014. She is currently working on a third book to publish in December 2018.
As an enterprise strategist, Lora focuses on the changing face of enterprise technologies. Her research is designed for the early adopter seeking first mover advantage.
With more than 30 years of diverse supply chain experience, Lora spent 9 years as an industry analyst with Gartner Group, AMR Research, and Altimeter Group. Prior to becoming a supply chain analyst she spent 15 years as a leader in the building of supply chain software at Manugistics and Descartes Systems Group, and several years as a supply chain practitioner at Procter & Gamble, Kraft/General Foods, Clorox, and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream (now a division of Nestlé).
Academically, Lora is a continual learner. She has a MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lora is currently enrolled in a DBA program at Temple University in Research Methods.

Adrian Gonzalez, President, Adelante SCM
Adrian Gonzalez is trusted advisor and leading industry analyst with more than 17 years of research experience in transportation management, logistics outsourcing, and other supply chain and logistics topics. He is the founder and president of Adelante SCM, a peer-to-peer learning, and networking community for supply chain and logistics professionals. Adelante’s services include Talking Logistics, an online video talk show and blog featuring thought leaders and newsmakers in the supply chain and logistics industry, and 3PL Briefings, a research service focused on providing supply chain executives with high-quality and trusted research, analysis, and briefings about the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry and leading practices in logistics outsourcing.Prior to his current roles, Adrian held various leadership positions at ARC Advisory Group, Motorola, Polaroid, and Clare. Adrian speaks frequently at industry events and conferences and is regularly quoted in industry publications. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and a LinkedIn Influencer with more than 20,000 followers.
Adrian has a B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University, where he has served as an adjunct instructor in their Executive MBA program.

Lee Miller, President, Miller Transporters, Inc
Lee Miller is President of Miller Transporters, Inc., a family-owned and operated tank truck company headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi, that is committed to the safe and dependable handling of specialized chemical products. Since its inception seventy-five years ago, Miller Transporters has lived by the motto “Every load’s safe delivery in a courteous manner takes priority over all else.”
In his thirty-eight years with the company, Mr. Miller has held a variety of roles, starting in the field as a Dispatcher, Assistant Terminal Manager, later as a Terminal Manager. Corporate responsibilities included the areas of Quality, Responsible Care, Recruitment and Retention, and Information Services. Mr. Miller has served in various capacities within the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care Initiative. He was recently installed as Chairman of the National Tank Truck Carriers Association Board of Directors for 2017-2018.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation and Mississippi College with a Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Miller and his wife, Mary, have two married children and four grandchildren. He is active in his church and works with the homeless in the Jackson area in a variety of ways.
