Zack Novak, SVP, 3PL Solutions, has been in the logistics and industrial technology industries for more than 10 years. Mr. Novak oversees the entire CLX Logistics team and 3PL Solutions team at Quantix. Quantix acquired CLX Logistics in April 2024. The combination of these two companies bring a competitive advantage to the market with having the most comprehensive suite of solutions ever assembled for the chemical supply chain industry.

In his role, Mr. Novak drives the strategy, service, and product development of CLX Logistics and Quantix 3PL offerings to bring meaningful value to customers.

Prior to Quantix, Mr. Novak held a variety of executive-level roles at the industrial and predictive technology company, Uptake. Before joining Uptake, Mr. Novak worked for the global consulting firm, McKinsey & Company.

As a former captain of the University of Michigan basketball team, Mr. Novak is passionate about building strong teams who understand customer needs and utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to develop solutions that provide value and exceed expectations.

Mr. Novak received his BBA from the University of Michigan.
