Blue Bell, PA, March 11, 2020 – CLX Logistics, LLC, a global 3PL provider of transportation management systems, managed services, supply chain consulting, and intermodal and international transportation services, is pleased to announce that Tim Cotter has accepted the position of Vice President of North American Operations.
Tim is a supply chain, logistics, and distribution expert with thirty years of experience in the transportation sector.
Previously, Tim served as General Manager of both International Operations and Brokerage for Penske Transportation in Reading, PA. During his tenure at Penske, he led the startup of their US Freight Forwarding Division, with a focus on licensing, profit and loss management, staffing, procurement, carrier sourcing, business development, account management, and day-to-day operations.

Prior to his role at Penske, Tim worked for several shipping, logistics, and transportation companies, which allowed him to hone his professional leadership and development skills further. Those companies include ABX Logistics, Airborne Express, and Central Transport.
Tim is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
